Projek buat dadih

Assalamualaikum dan hai.. Projek weekend minggu ini ialah buat dadih. Hehe..hubby suka sangat makan ala-ala puding gini.. Minggu lepas sy buat puding triffle dan kek kastard jagung.. nasib baik menjadi.. baru cuba-cuba nak start  buat puding borink la asyik makan kek je kan lagipun sekarang ni musim panas best kalu makan puding-puding gini sejuk la sikit tekak ni Tak sempat nak snap picture masa buat dadih tapi senang je nak buat guna serbuk dadih segera. senang dan cepat siap Bahan-bahan nak buat dadih: 3000ml air kosong (kalau tak ada alat sukatan, boleh guna botol mineral 1.5L untuk sukat (1.5L x 2 botol = 3000 ml) 100 gram gula 1 tin susu cair (390ml @ 400ml) 1 bungkus dadih segera (depends atas fav masing-masing nak perisa apa) Nak masak dadih tak susah. Senang sangat je. Didihkan air dalam periuk bersama dengan susu cair. Selepas mendidih, padamkan api dan campur kandungan dadih tadi. Masukkan gula dan kacau sehingga sebati. Bila dah sebati, tua...
